Fixed

  • Removed phantom Sessions 5-6. brand_status no longer promises tools that don't exist. The MCP brand system is complete at Session 4 (identity, visual rules, voice, strategy). Governance and operations live in Brandcode Studio.
  • Completion state. When all 4 sessions are done, status shows "Brand system complete" with three next steps: generate content (brand_write), validate (brand_audit), or connect to Brandcode Studio.

The MCP now has a clear scope boundary: it extracts and structures brand identity across 4 sessions. Brandcode Studio handles persistence, team sharing, and governance. The MCP is the engine. The studio is the home.
