Full architecture alignment audit across all 34 tools.

  • Every tool description, what_happened, next_steps, and conversation_guide now accurately reflects the current architecture (compiled runtime + interaction policy + Brandcode Studio connector)
  • brand_start: all code paths updated (auto mode, existing brand, interactive mode)
  • brand_status: quickstart text, getting-started guide, and status output now show runtime artifacts and connector status
  • brand_audit: validates brand-runtime.json and interaction-policy.json existence
  • brand_brandcode_connect: response field consistency (client_name)
  • llms.txt: connector and portability capabilities added
  • CLAUDE.md: Architecture Alignment Checklist (28 checks) to prevent future drift

No breaking changes. Upgrade recommended for better agent guidance.
