• Agent tips in key tool responses. brand_compile, brand_write, brand_report, and brand_status now include agent_tip fields that teach agents how to use outputs effectively: runtime handoff to sub-agents, verification workflow, report portability.
• Feedback prompt always visible. brand_status now always shows "Run brand_feedback — it goes directly to the Brandcode team" regardless of brand state. Agents know how to report issues from the first interaction.
• Runtime handoff reminder. When the brand system is complete, brand_status suggests loading brand-runtime.json into sub-agents for instant on-brand output.
