  • Brand diff on sync (M-12). brand_brandcode_sync pull/push responses now include structured brand diffs. Color changes show hex values + CIE76 ΔE + WCAG contrast impact. Font swaps flagged as breaking. Voice diffs detail register shifts, never_say changes, anchor vocabulary moves. Visual diffs track anti-pattern rules. Strategy diffs report persona/matrix size. Each change tagged breaking/significant/minor.
  • Extraction recovery guidance (M-13). brand_status ranks what to do next by readiness impact. "Add a logo → unlocks VIM + brand report + Figma adapter, +12pp readiness." Powered by a capability dependency graph mapping each missing field to downstream capabilities, recommended tool, and estimated effort.
