v0.15.0 — files open in code or cursor

dc-files still browses inside the box. Enter / double-click now opens that guest path in the host IDE, attached to this container.

  • VS Code (code, Insiders, VSCodium, Windsurf): attached-container+ — works for Dev Container and compose-kind
  • Cursor: dev-container+{"hostPath"} — kind=devcontainer only. Compose-kind falls back to a bind-mount host path
  • Hatch: DC_FILES_EDITOR=vim keeps guest vim
  • Force one: DC_FILES_EDITOR=code or DC_FILES_EDITOR=cursor
  • o / a unchanged. Folder attach (a) stays N/A on compose-kind
