Fold server 0.1.17 — release candidate

Fold server and bundled web client 0.1.17 release candidate.

Includes upstream main through 20363c3, integrated with Fold's V2 orchestration and GLaDOS. This update brings structured composer context, conversation rewind with an option to keep files, paginated Codex history, and batched replay on reconnect.

Built locally on Linux. Verified installation outside the repository, version reporting, launcher protocol 2 preflight, native terminal execution, isolated server startup, and HTTP/web serving. The service update and rollback checks passed (19 tests).

Install the attached npm-compatible t3-0.1.17.tgz. SHA-256 checksums are attached. This is a versioned prerelease; it does not promote the rolling update feeds.
