Data Storage on Server

This has been implemented. Only the western base case scenario is available for now. Once the entire workflow will be in place, previous landmark scenarios will be included as well as future scenarios.

Scenario index is now used for naming. TransferData class has been modified to reflect this change.

Input and Output data are properly transferred. I will add the California scenarios' data to the v2 data storage in the coming days.

All data for western base case and California 2045 study have been transferred to the data structure in /home/EGM/v2 on server.

Base profiles are located in /home/EGM/v2/raw. The naming convention is interconnect_type_version.csv with interconnect = usa, western, eastern, Texas, texaswestern, texaseastern, easternwestern and type = demand, hydro, solar and wind. New profiles will need to be transferred by the user and be named according to the above convention. A README in /home/EGM/v2/raw/ will be created.

For each scenario a symbolic link I created to the base profile. The link as for naming convention: id_type.csv with id being the scenario id. For outputs the convention is id_PG.csv and id_PF.csv. All of this is handled by the Scenario object.
