v1.0.4 — declares dsh.bundle (one-command activation)

The package now ships a dsh.bundle.patch declaration + cordis.patch.yml (inserts the kb-rag row), so DSH profiles activate it automatically:

dsh plugin --profile <name> add dsh-kb-rag

No manual cordis.patch.yml edit needed. Users on older flows can still copy the insert row into their own patch layer.
