v0.5.10: Minor bug fixes

• #38: Use flexible string decoding, since it's an undocumented part of the spec, we need to have an open mind towards what to expect.
• #43: Scan for all wireless devices on startup, instead of stopping search after the first non-device. This slows down startup, but ensures that all devices that are there will be found.
