release. Only release title and notes can be modified.
- Downgraded from swift 6.1 to 6.0 as I don't think we have any need for it be higher than 6.0 anymore.
- Added a way to debug/test the plugin locally via a testTarget. This also happens to fix an issue where
swift buildcommand fails when a package only contains aplugintarget. - Added pipeline.
- Updated README, including adding status badges and disclaimers I have added to newer templates/projects.
- Fixed lint issues present in my lint plugin 😆
