Added some new features in this update and improved the documentation.

1.17-1.20.1 (if the plugin doesn't run on a supported version, create an issue)

Changes:

• Added Log to Console Effect
• Added event_world event-value to the Player Join Event
• Added Block Break Event
• Added information in the documentation on how to use variables
• You can now use any argument names in events (for example: instead of event_world worldname), due to the static argument system, but keep in mind this will be changed soon!
