Fixed

Portal updates no longer run openclaw doctor --fix, avoiding root-owned OpenClaw auth/profile rewrites and state migration side effects during normal Portal updates.
Portal updates no longer auto-upgrade Caddy; Caddy remains manual-review protected infrastructure.
Codex setup now uses the native Codex device-login flow and bridges credentials into OpenClaw's current openai auth slot.
OpenAI API-key profiles and ChatGPT/Codex subscription OAuth profiles are kept separate.

Validation

Backend Jest: 20 suites, 90 tests passed.
Backend TypeScript build passed.
Frontend production build passed.
Release tarball verified at 6,569,889 bytes with 3.25.20, Prisma migrations included, source/dev/report artifacts excluded, and no installer doctor --fix or Caddy auto-upgrade command.
