Codex/OpenClaw compatibility hotfix.\n\n- Removes stale legacy @openclaw/codex install records before OpenClaw registry refresh can resurrect them.\n- Quarantines old global @openclaw/codex plugin directories and enforces the compatible 2026.6.8 Codex plugin.\n- Keeps Codex auth pinned to the current openai:codex-cli profile without rewriting unrelated provider auth.\n- Adds regression coverage for the stale plugin state that caused valid Codex auth to be rejected.
