• Gemini OAuth setup now stays aligned with the default-model picker: finishing Google sign-in no longer leaves the selected Gemini default model in an inconsistent state, so the connected provider is ready to use with the expected model choice.
• Compaction notices are rendered through one shared component: Agent Chat and project chat now reuse the same compaction notice block, and restored history dedupes repeated compaction notices instead of echoing them back at the user.

Improved

• The public install experience is clearer on the marketing site: the hero install area now presents separate Linux and Windows one-paste commands with dedicated copy buttons, keeping the public-facing release path explicit and free of internal-only notes.
• The installer has a real Windows / WSL local beta path: localhost mode now auto-detects on WSL, skips VPS-only reverse proxy and firewall setup, and gives Windows users a first-class test-drive flow before they rent a server.
