Agent Chat now lists the conversations that already exist on your server, and opening one shows its real transcript.

Agent Chat shows the conversations that already exist on your server.
Only sessions the Portal itself created were ever listed. A chat started from the OpenClaw web UI, the command line, or any other lane on the same host had no ownership record in the Portal database, so it was invisible in Agent Chat — permanently, and with no way to recover it from the interface. The Portal Owner is the operator of that host, so their own sessions are now listed alongside Portal-created ones. Sessions scoped to a different Portal user are still hidden from everybody, and automation lanes (cron runs, sub-agent runs) stay out of the chat list.

Opening one of those chats shows its transcript instead of an empty room.
A session named new-<timestamp> is the Portal's own alias for "start a new chat", so the server rewrote it into the requesting user's namespace. OpenClaw names host-created chats exactly the same way, so opening a real conversation silently redirected to an empty one that had never been used. The rewrite now applies only when the key is not already an existing session belonging to the caller. A key owned by another user still never resolves to their transcript.

Upgrading

Use the in-Portal updater (Dashboard → Update), or:
