- Fix standings (finally the actual driver images!!!)

- Side note: f1-dash is moving from a website to on-device. I will therefore remove it in the next release.
Note
This release has ben delayed for some time: when I was about to publish it, I found that the video player crashed everytime and I had no time to fix it (Android SDK updates...). Now it is working again!
