First public release of Advanced Bases: three lightweight, Notion-style views for Obsidian Bases.

Views

  • Cards Compact — a native-Cards-style card layout with a Compact toggle for a leaner icon+title+pills row layout.
  • Feed — a scrolling feed of full note previews with lazy rendering and an optional "New note" button.
  • Timeline — a Gantt-style timeline with date-grouped lanes, per-lane colors, and Ctrl+scroll zoom.

Every view has a "?" help button in the Bases toolbar with a quick reference for its controls. Localized into 15 languages.

Installation

Manual install: download main.js, manifest.json, and styles.css below into <vault>/.obsidian/plugins/advanced-bases/, then enable the plugin in Settings → Community plugins.
