Register Vehicle Script Features

This Script includes but not limited to the following features:

• Interactable Ped, Target
• Change the Ped model
• Multiple Locations using vec4 coordinates.
• Change Price To Charge

Reason Behind This Script:
The reason I created this script was due to a reach out for a fivem server who is mixed in between QB and vMenu struggling to use some of the basic QB Functions because they did not have "player_vehicles" registered since their was no buying the vehicles. So I want to give out to all the rest of the FiveM Community that wishes to use this. Even if your not having this exact issue you can also use this to increase your RP experience. When cops say "Go Register Your Vehicle at the DMV you have "x" amount of days to do so"..
