town v0.7.4-town

Brokk Town can run PR review, independent certification, and repairs from verified review feedback through Mjolnir with target-owned runtimes and exact private checkouts.

• Shared browser/CLI execution selection and explicit target runtime pinning.
• Durable session intents and retained evidence; uncertain outcomes hold further work.
• Transcript/diff validation and verified repair-bundle imports before existing publication gates.
• Independent bot releases remain resolved through npm; Review Bot 0.2.13 supplies the new additive remote-agent capability. Other managed agent duties remain explicitly held.

The container workflow was validated with Mjolnir 2.23.1. Town/Review Bot race suites and vet, frontend tests, packaging checks, demo/fake-service smoke, worker compatibility, and real read-only container acceptance passed. The actual review session was visible in Mjolnir’s CLI and index, and production cleanup was confirmed.

Fixes #149, #153, #154, and #155 through reviewed PRs #175, #176, #177, and #178.

Release preparation also fixes a temporary Git repository cleanup race in the repair-import test (#179). The unpublished 0.7.3 tag remains unchanged.

Town 0.7.2

Version 0.7.1 was not published: its recovery tests failed in UTC environments.
The tests now compare saved evidence consistently across time zones.

• Preserve cancellation causes and the last worker phase in durable logs and
  outcome history, including operator stops, service signals/failures and
  worker-provided details. Unknown causes stay explicit and credentials are scrubbed.
• Retire the persisted invalid branch startup failure on upgrade for towns
  still awaiting default-branch discovery. Save the recovery before starting
  workers and retry enabled inventory promptly, preserving pauses, historical
  logs and uncertain repair holds. Initialization still requires fresh inventory.
• Add Town Guide conversations in the browser and CLI, with explicit operator
  confirmation before a proposed pause is applied.
• Archive completed task detail outside active snapshots and expose saved
  history through the browser and CLI.

The corrected implementation is merged in PR #173. The failed 0.7.1 tag is retained; it was never published.

Town continues launching the independently versioned bots through npx. No bot release is required for this update.

Brokk Town 0.7.0

Brokk Town 0.7.0 restores independent bot releases through npm. Town packages contain only bt.

• At worker startup, Town resolves each bot's latest stable npm version through npx, then keeps that exact version for the worker lifetime.
• Town uses the worker API version it understands. Bot releases retain older APIs and capabilities, including the existing v1 contract.
• Private parent sockets stop workers when Town exits across the npx launcher chain.
• Adds local storage inspection and cleanup, plus optional incremental repository inventory with periodic full scans.
• Includes setup diagnostics, clearer merge blockers, Mjolnir profile and execution selection settings, and optional local attention hooks. Remote Mjolnir job dispatch remains held pending its execution contract.

The eight compatible bot releases were published and verified before Town. Their versions evolve independently.
