Steering and queue controls

  • Enter steers the running turn when the ACP provider advertises support, including current Codex and Claude adapters. Other providers queue the follow-up.
  • Tab queues a separate follow-up while the agent works, after any completion suggestion is handled.
  • Pending prompt text is visible above the composer.
  • Alt+Up edits the latest queued prompt. Enter saves it in its original position; Esc restores it. Your previous draft and attachments are preserved.
  • /queue edits any entry; Ctrl+D removes it. /queue clear clears queued work, and /queue send resumes a paused queue.

Steering waits for prompt activity and tracks late continuations without resending accepted input. Unconfirmed deliveries remain in a paused queue for review. Queues remain in memory and are tied to their original session.

Validation

Linux and macOS CI, race tests, ACP lifecycle fixtures, and the real terminal keyboard workflow pass. Live authenticated provider calls were not used for validation.

Downloads

Linux and macOS archives are available for amd64 and arm64, with SHA-256 checksums in checksums.txt.

v0.3.1

Improvements

  • Ctrl+O now shows readable tool inputs and results, decoded multiline output, file locations, and unified diffs with colored additions and removals.
  • Tool titles, file paths, change labels, terminal commands, and success/warning/error output now use distinct colors in light and dark themes.
  • Tool output preserves literal shell globs and code; long titles and cancellation notices wrap in narrow terminals.
  • The prompt border shows the running build version.

Original agent payloads remain available in saved sessions. Ctrl+O and Esc return to your existing draft.

Downloads

Linux and macOS archives are available for amd64 and arm64, with SHA-256 checksums in checksums.txt.

v0.3.0

What's new

  • Live plan checklist above the prompt with completion counts, status markers and high/medium/low priorities. Long plans follow the active step; Ctrl+O shows full history. (#7)
  • Token limits, request limits and agent refusals now display the stop reason and pause queued prompts until you resume them. (#8)
  • Tool updates with null input/output preserve previously reported values, as required by ACP v1. (#9)
  • Cancelling a turn immediately marks unfinished tools cancelled. Final agent results still take precedence, and cancellation state survives saved sessions. (#10)
  • Updated ACP coverage report with links to the stable specification and a clear list of remaining preview, draft and presentation features. (#11)

Validation

Reviewed each PR before merging with green Linux, macOS and release-package checks. The combined changes pass the full Go race-enabled suite and vet, including terminal integration. The release workflow validates the exact tag before publishing.

Downloads include Linux and macOS builds for amd64 and arm64, documentation, license and SHA-256 checksums.

v0.2.1

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 26 Sep 11:19

Adapter selection now shows the exact version that will run. Built-in adapters resolve latest through npm or GitHub, and launching uses the displayed version even if a newer release appears afterward.

  • Reuse validated version metadata offline or when a lookup fails.
  • Mark adapters with no resolvable version as unavailable, with /refresh to retry.
  • Show resolved versions in both the interactive picker and micro-acp agents.

Includes Linux and macOS binaries for amd64 and arm64, plus SHA-256 checksums.

New agents

Muse ACP, Anvil, and Draupnir are now available in the agent picker and micro-acp agents:

  • micro-acp --agent muse-acp uses npx --yes @brokkai/muse-acp@latest.
  • micro-acp --agent anvil uses npx --yes @brokkai/anvil@latest.
  • micro-acp --agent draupnir downloads the latest native GitHub release and verifies its SHA-256 digest.

Built-in entries remain available without the official registry. Custom configurations retain precedence. Native downloads support Linux and macOS on amd64 and arm64, with cached/offline operation. Muse requires an installed and authenticated Muse Code host.

Fixes

  • Prevent queue-editor crashes or editing the wrong prompt when a turn finishes.
  • Reconstruct native-fork history without duplicating replayed text.
  • Restore history for remote-only sessions when load and resume are both available.
  • Wait for complete history replay before committing it to terminal scrollback.
  • Keep session listings working when a session is deleted concurrently.
  • Report the actual release version consistently in the CLI, ACP handshake, and registry requests.
  • Keep permission cancellation from disconnecting the ACP transport; includes the upstream acp-go fix.

Validation

Linux and macOS race-enabled tests, vet, release archive builds, and checksum/package smoke checks passed before publication. Anvil's npm launcher and Draupnir's published native binary were also exercised with version-only smoke checks.

Download the archive for your operating system and architecture, verify it against checksums.txt, extract it, and place micro-acp on your PATH.
