Fix: the site's permalink front (e.g. /insights/news/) was being prepended to resources URLs, giving /insights/news/resources. Resources now live at:

  • Archive: /resources/
  • Single: /resources/{slug}/

Also adds a one-time automatic rewrite-rule flush after a version change (plugin updates don't run the activation hook), so the new URLs take effect without manually re-saving Settings → Permalinks.
