What's new in v0.1.4

bb chat — streaming output

Responses now appear token-by-token as the model generates them, instead of waiting for the full answer. Uses Rich Live for smooth terminal rendering.

Qwen3 thinking blocks stripped

bb chat with Qwen3 models no longer shows raw <think> reasoning in the output. Added /no_think system prompt directive and post-processing to strip thinking noise.

Better grounding — tool results override history

Fixed a context-anchoring bug where small models (qwen3:8b) would say "no deadlines" even after receiving fresh tool results, because prior conversation history matched the pattern. Tool results are now explicitly marked as ground truth in the system prompt.

Announcements — REST API sync (Phases 4 & 5)

Two new sync phases capture announcements that the activity stream misses:

• Phase 4: Formal course announcements via Blackboard REST API
• Phase 5: Content tree scan — detects newly added files/folders (14-day lookback)

Graceful Ollama error handling

Ollama 500/OOM crashes and connection errors now show friendly messages instead of stack traces.

Known limitations

• Blackboard Ultra only (Canvas/Moodle in v0.2)
• bb download returns empty for courses using Document-page format (direct file attachments work)
• Session expires ~24h, re-run bb auth to refresh
