@Ashbrunaugh Ashbrunaugh released this 05 Aug 20:27

Initial public release of rheology-pipeline, a provenance-aware workflow for
TA Instruments TRIOS oscillatory-rheology exports.

Highlights:

  • versioned ingestion, point/protocol QC, per-trace extraction, and explicitly
    configured comparison stages;
  • immutable input inventories, SHA-256 provenance, portable manifests, and
    fail-closed output replacement;
  • amplitude-, frequency-, and temperature-sweep profiles;
  • explicit feature maturity, inclusion policy, censoring, resolution status,
    and experimental-unit contracts;
  • synthetic fixtures and public regression tests without private study data;
  • citation metadata and automatic Zenodo preservation.

The reusable package intentionally excludes study-specific configurations,
manuscript figures, private paths, and source measurements. See the README and
versioned schema documents for supported contracts and known validation gaps.

Full local release verification: 1,652 tests passed and 23 skipped; Ruff,
package metadata, source/wheel builds, clean installation, public command help,
CFF validation, artifact disclosure scans, and runtime dependency audit passed.
