BrushLLM Video Studio v0.0.5

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 23 Oct 19:14

A local-first desktop video toolbox — 33 operations across video, audio and subtitles, all running 100% on your device. Free, offline, private.

What's New

  • Smoother workflow — selecting a tool now scrolls its configuration panel into view, and the file drop zone collapses to a slim strip once files are added
  • Readable job errors — failures show a plain-language summary (e.g. "Could not write the output — the target location is read-only") with technical details folded away; the queue header and a red sidebar badge count failed jobs
  • Refined layouts — quality presets stretch across the full row with a check mark on the selected one; the output plan lists the source file name and total bitrate; secondary input cards follow their domain color and name the accepted formats (SRT · VTT · ASS …)
  • Queue readability — job metadata is separated and labeled (elapsed time), and the empty queue offers one-click shortcuts to the Video / Audio / Subtitles tools
  • Clearer metadata dialog — friendly container names (MP4 instead of the raw FFmpeg list), uppercase codecs, and a distinct "Total bitrate" label
  • Polish — sliders show a filled progress track, unreadable files get a warning-styled row, terminate buttons are red, destructive red deepened for contrast, dark theme surface lifted one step, clickable ffmpeg.org link, full paths on hover
  • Localization — proper plurals for file counts (German "2 Videodateien" etc.) and full-width Chinese punctuation fixes, across all 9 languages
