Updates:

• Write human-readable log lines to the console by passing the new -WriteToHost flag to New-JsonLogger
• Add a final log entry to a log by calling $logger.Close(). Add a message field to that entry by calling $logger.Close("message here")
• Updated the formatting of the initial log entry to match that of the new final entry
• You can now call Log() with just one argument, a message string, and it will default to the INFO level
• Greatly expanded usage instructions available in README.md
