New hosted image outputs now upload a static WebP preview with a longest edge of at most 640 pixels when the service supports image-thumbnail-v1. History and favorites can load these previews instead of full-resolution images. Original images and downloads retain their full quality.
Preview uploads have a separate bounded, persistent retry queue, so a failed preview upload does not repeat a successful original transfer. Existing video retry journals and services without the image-preview capability remain compatible.
To upgrade, use ComfyUI Manager when 0.2.11 is offered, or download ComfyUI-ComfyRemote-0.2.11.zip below and verify SHA256SUMS.txt. Back up the existing connector outside custom_nodes and keep exactly one installation. Install requirements.txt with your ComfyUI Python, restart ComfyUI when its queue is idle, and refresh its browser. Existing pairing is retained. The upgrade applies to new outputs; it does not backfill older images.
GitHub publication and Registry review are separate. A successful publishing workflow does not establish Registry approval or Manager availability.
Registry submission was verified on 2026-10-06 at 07:40 UTC: 0.2.11 is Pending, and the Active/Pending version API used by Manager includes it. Manager caches and UI filters may delay its appearance. The official Registry package was downloaded and its 25 runtime/metadata files match this release (text line endings normalized). A real Manager installation of 0.2.11 was not performed by this publication task.
Validation: 72 Python tests, 5 Node tests and Ruff passed; Windows CI passed on Python 3.12 and 3.13. The ZIP contains only the release file allowlist, every file matches the immutable tag, and runtime code matches the already deployed 0.2.11 source.
