What's changed

  • XSwap now identifies the conversation selected through an interactive
    codex resume picker when one new writer lock appears. Ambiguous matches stay
    marked as awaiting identification instead of being guessed.
  • Divergent conversation histories no longer block the entire project or Home
    picker. You can deselect the conflict or explicitly choose which account copy
    to keep.
  • When conflict resolution replaces a different destination history, XSwap
    archives that copy privately under ~/.codex-swap/session-conflicts and
    reports its recovery path.
  • Session handoff tests now cover both source directions, conflict cancellation,
    compatible-session continuation, and archive failures.
