Improvements

• Recognition and Polish Warmup: Warm online ASR and polish connections when recording starts; capture release is now async, so results appear sooner and polish waits less after you stop
• More Reliable Capture: Faster input-source probing during warmup; preload offline denoising

• Numpad Height: Fix the numpad not matching the main keyboard height
• Clipboard Attachments: Reduce repeat processing of watched folders
• History Section Crash: After midnight, the same record no longer appears in both “Last 2 hours” and “Today”, which crashed the history list
