MinecraftNetOptimizer v0.8.0

First public release of MinecraftNetOptimizer, a conservative Paper plugin for network lifecycle optimization and packet-workload diagnostics.

Highlights

Safety boundaries

This plugin does not call System.gc(), change JVM GC settings or Netty watermarks, inspect third-party plugin internals, change TCP ordering, or actively throttle, drop, coalesce, or reorder critical gameplay traffic.
