BugTraceAI-API 1.4.11-beta

BugTraceAI-API 1.4.11-beta integrates the independent API-target engine with the universal Launcher. The API profile installs this engine alone; WEB/full profiles connect it to the browser workspace. The CLI web-scanning API/MCP remains a separate engine.

The compatibility entry point delegates to the Launcher. REST/MCP service management and explicit manual/AI-agent runtime installation remain available. Docker installation and full-platform upgrades were validated on Ubuntu 24.04 amd64.
