Discovery and TUI corrections

• Release Playwright drivers when Chromium startup fails or is cancelled, and prevent repeated startup failures from accumulating subprocesses.
• Require a working browser before full scans and report Chromium preflight failures accurately.
• Connect standalone TUI scans to pause, resume and stop controls, with Discovery checkpoints.
• Install Playwright browsers through the selected Python environment and check Chromium startup before completing native installation.
• Preserve HTTP source capture for individual browser capture failures.

Validation

Python and shell syntax and patch whitespace checks completed. A live target scan has not been run for this release.
