The CLI Provider panel now supports the Bedrock beta provider: it loads the configured source region, recognizes region-only changes and supports connection tests with AWS role/profile credentials when no API key is entered. Clearing the region removes the override. Editing the provider, region or key invalidates the previous test, including a result that arrives late.

Also includes the existing fix that makes PostgreSQL healthchecks use the configured database credentials.

Validation: 25 frontend tests and the production build passed on the curated public copy; 67 frontend tests and build passed on the local source tree. Bedrock requires CLI 4.0.34-beta (including the AWS role/profile scan preflight correction). Real AWS account testing remains pending; this does not add Bedrock to the separate API-target engine or WEB's own assistant/ModelLab.
