BREAKING CHANGES

  1. form submission now accepts "name" instead of "id" to identify fields.
    Reason: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1397592/difference-between-id-and-name-attributes-in-html
    TL:DR: name is the more common best-practice to identify a field rather than id (id should be unique in a page and used mostly in CSS selectors).
  2. 'data-event' now should be placed in the FORM TAG rather than in the submit button
