Minor change release (again)
This time I added export and import functions for the tool :)
and also fixed some stuff in LuaC.
REMINDER: Always make LuaC's directory same as Zartex 2.0's directory because both are shared projects/assemblies

  • Fix LuaC "template.mpc doesn't exist" error
