PhotoSwipe 1.0.3
PhotoSwipe for macOS. Requires macOS 14 or later.
Install: open the .dmg, drag PhotoSwipe to Applications, launch it and allow Photos access when asked. (A .zip of the app is attached too.)
This build is not notarized, so macOS blocks the first launch. On macOS 15/26 the dialog may even say the app "is not supported on this Mac" (it is; the app is a universal binary for Apple silicon and Intel). To open it once: try to launch it, then go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway. Or, in Terminal: xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/PhotoSwipe.app. Later launches need no confirmation.
Keys: ← delete · ↑ hide · → keep · ⌘Z undo · space play/pause · M mute · double-click zoom · esc close.
Nothing is deleted or hidden until you confirm on the Review screen; deleted photos go to Recently Deleted for 30 days.
Build 202609081827.
PhotoSwipe 1.0.2
PhotoSwipe for macOS. Requires macOS 14 or later.
Install: open the .dmg, drag PhotoSwipe to Applications, launch it and allow Photos access when asked. (A .zip of the app is attached too.)
This build is not notarized, so the first launch needs one extra step: right-click PhotoSwipe.app → Open, then Open again. If macOS only offers "Move to Trash", open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
Keys: ← delete · ↑ hide · → keep · ⌘Z undo · space play/pause · M mute · double-click zoom · esc close.
Nothing is deleted or hidden until you confirm on the Review screen; deleted photos go to Recently Deleted for 30 days.
