Custom app icon (adaptive icon for Android 8+, legacy icon for older versions). Camera initialization is now more resilient: reloads the camera list if missing, and shows a retry screen if the camera fails to start. Install: download app-release.apk and allow 'Install unknown apps' on your phone.
