Bug fixes

This release includes a lot of minor changes, mostly to the internal code structure to make future changes easier.

The main user-facing change is that the "Sync Laser/Stages" option when running scans is hidden if you don't have a system that's capable of using that feature. Currently only systems with a Quantum Composers laser are compatible with that option, and it requires a special cable between the stage controller and laser.
