Update for the Modding-Editor version "0.22.81578_5.4"

TML added an option to select if a mod is build for servers, clients or both, also they added an option to build a roadmap
-> these options are now also aviable in the config tab :)

Also did some small things under the hood :)

Added button to select Mods directory
Fixed Crash when starting without config.json
