  • Moves the signed universal Android APK build and API 35 launch smoke to the macOS arm64 release runner after three independent Ubuntu hosted runners shut down externally during the same Gradle release build, while the equivalent clean local macOS arm64 build completed in 4 minutes 31 seconds.
  • Replaces the emulator's nondeterministic monkey launch with an explicit am start -W of MainActivity; the permanent certificate, package/version, clean install, live process, Desktop matrix, aggregate manifest/checksum, and iOS-exclusion gates remain mandatory.
  • Fixes forward the immutable v0.7.7 client matrix without moving its tag or retroactively attaching assets.
