Fixes a bug where mods added to a newly created instance wouldn't be downloaded.

Hyperlaunch is fully tested (on Linux and Windows), but if you encounter any bugs, closing and reopening can sometimes help.
Hyperlaunch may not work on latest macOS 26 due to a Godot issue. This appears to be an issue of Apple breaking Godot exports, and is tracked as an issue at: godotengine/godot#124317
I don't have a Mac device to fix on, this may take a day or so to fix.
