Do not download GitHub's automatically generated source archive for an offline
installation.

Included

• immutable Synapse, PostgreSQL, and nginx container images
• offline Docker Engine, CLI, Compose, containerd, and required Ubuntu packages
• self-contained Axon Control x86-64 executable
• systemd units and scoped Docker ingress firewall policy
• internal and external checksums
• CycloneDX 1.6 SBOM, image digests, versions, and source manifest
• MIT license and third-party notices

The archive passed its inner and outer checksums, content audit, SBOM validation,
and a network-isolated Ubuntu 24.04 package/runtime-rendering test. This release
remains a prerelease until it completes a clean bare-metal or VM installation,
reboot, messaging, upgrade, and uninstall cycle.
