Done:

  • added separate menus for User and Admin (fully finished)
  • admins cannot manage databases or update program (admin panel only has user management and backup making)
  • finished installer - the program now works on fresh Windows 98 installations as it contains the VB6 runtime. I made the installer using Innosetup, the VB Runtime comes from Microsoft on Web Archive.

Bugfixes:

  • fixed user to superadmin elevation exploit
  • fixed program crash upon no DB found (book and reader management for superadmin, admin and user)

To-do:

  • make installer + update system
  • make loans autoselect all 3 databases
  • allow for DB backup making
