v1.1.6 – Fix workspace race condition bug

Fixed critical race condition in monitor thread that caused windows
from one workspace to appear in another during rapid switching.

Added 250ms synchronization delay after setting critical locks to ensure
the monitor thread completes its cycle before protected code executes.
