Fewer API requests

Every action now pulls from one shared request instead of each
selection group (bars/notifications, travel, basic, cooldowns,
refills) fetching on its own schedule. A deck with a mix of action
types used to fire several separate requests every poll cycle -
now it's one combined bars,notifications,cooldowns,refills,basic,travel
call, cached for 20s, no matter how many keys are on the deck.

No functional changes otherwise - same 7 actions, same settings.

• Stats Indicator — live Energy/Nerve/Happy/Life bars with real Torn icons and a notification badge
• Flight Status — plane flying through the clouds, live countdown, destination flag, abroad detection
• Notifications — unread event/message/award/competition count
• Chain — live hit count + countdown, flashes before it drops
• Hospital — live release countdown, flashes before you're out
• Cooldowns — drug/booster/medical countdown, flashes when ready
• Refills — shows whether today's free energy/nerve refill is still available

Every key supports a customizable long-press URL, a flash on/off toggle, and one shared API key across the whole plugin. All countdowns are synced to Torn's own server clock, and overlapping API calls are deduped so adding more keys doesn't multiply your request volume.
