Multipage PDF's > JPEG only converts the first page

I tried converting a 2 page PDF to JPEG using both vips & graphicsmagick (only two that showed up for PDF), but neither output more than a single image file.

it convert all pages to different images (see in data/output dir), but show/download only first :(
