Fixed incorrect handling of the first element of an unmodified container when copying it into another container.
Adding a value taken from index 0 of a container that had not yet been structurally modified (for example, target.Add(array[0]) or target.Add("X", obj["A"])) could be treated as an arbitrary object and serialized incorrectly instead of copying the referenced element.
Document.JoinValue now resolves Document- and DContainer-bound values before falling back to raw-object handling.

Added the DomExtendTest.JoinFirstElementOfUnmodifiedContainerTest regression test covering DArray and DObject.
