List of features added:
- Command line arguments for verbose and interval
- A while loop to run the app based on the provided interval value
- Added concurrency to the DHCP scopes to increase the runtime of the app
- Fixed some bugs with indexing tables by adding a cache for the Base
- Added temporary database tables to ensure the existing tables are not empty when the app is processing data
