@HealthyPear the plan is to add high-level support for profiles and other data extraction features in the near future. Right now it's possible to access many features without a high-level interface through lower-level commands (by using call_action directly to trigger various functions in the GUI code), but it may be complicated and may require modifications to the front-end component (depending on the feature).

Could you provide some examples of what you would like to achieve? That would give us a better idea of what the interface should support, and we may be able to suggest workarounds in the meantime. (cc @izkgao)
