PanScan v1.5

馃殌 Overview

This release introduces official containerized distributions for PanScan, allowing users to run the tool easily without local dependency setup.
Both Docker and Singularity images are now available through the GitHub Container Registry (GHCR).

馃З Containerized Usage

Docker:

docker pull ghcr.io/catg-github/panscan:1.5
docker run --rm -it ghcr.io/catg-github/panscan:1.5 panscan

Singularity:

singularity pull docker://ghcr.io/catg-github/panscan:1.5
singularity exec panscan_1.5.sif panscan

If you prefer not to build locally, you can also download a prebuilt panscan.sif from the Assets section below.
