• Prevents clicks, pointer gestures, scrolling, and pinch gestures from passing through +APPS, Settings, and their child pop-up menus into hosted BeastUI apps.
• Preserves PhoneUI focus while BeastUI launches, restores, minimizes, shows, switches, and closes hosted tasks.
• Restores BeastUI text entry while retaining the PhoneUI focus protections.
• Makes BeastUI accent changes refresh immediately across affected controls and window decorators.
• Uses a single solid accent color for window borders instead of fading into the previously selected color.

LATERAL_ v0.2 - SDK-free stable

LATERAL_ v0.2 public stable release without the proprietary VITURE SDK. The attached APK was built with -Plateral.vitureSdk=false and contains no VITURE runtime. VITURE support remains completely optional; users may request the official SDK from VITURE and build the separate green-logo LATERAL_ (V) variant locally. This release APK is unsigned and requires local signing or a compatible installer workflow.

LATERAL_ v0.1.0

Experimental first release of LATERAL_, a target-hardware dual-display Android workspace.

Tested only on Nubia NX789J running Android 15 with VITURE Beast glasses connected as an external display. Other phones, Android versions, displays, and firmware revisions are untested and unsupported.

Intended use: PhoneUI remains on the phone while BeastUI runs on the glasses. Hosted apps require Developer options, Wireless debugging, and the privileged helper pairing flow. Build locally after obtaining the VITURE SDK under its terms, connect the Beast, install the resulting debug APK, pair the helper when prompted, and use PhoneUI to control BeastUI.

No APK is attached to this release because the build contains the proprietary VITURE runtime. This is an experimental source release, not a production or Play Store release.
